General conditions
NowMyPlace holds a valid mandate for the short-term tourist rental of the properties listed on this website, hosting.nowmyplace.com.
Any visitor to the site may book their preferred property by paying the rental price according to the terms and conditions indicated on the platform.
During their stay, guests are required to comply with the following rules.
Check-in
A member of our team will welcome guests at the booked property at the agreed time. Check-in must take place between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Only in exceptional cases, and only with prior agreement with NowMyPlace staff, may guests check in outside this time window, subject to a €30.00 fee for each hour beyond the allowed latest time (8:00 PM). During check-in, NowMyPlace staff will:
a) Introduce guests to the property and explain specific house and building/residence rules
b) Record identity documents by temporarily taking photographs, which will be promptly deleted once registration is complete
c) Collect the tourist tax, calculated according to the local municipality’s regulations
d) Provide guests with a contact number for any assistance needed during their stay
e) Hand over two sets of keys
During the Stay
While staying in the booked property, guests must:
a) Respect the specific house rules explained during check-in and summarised in the information booklet available on-site
b) Report any faults or damages to allow NowMyPlace staff and technical partners to intervene promptly
c) Observe the quiet hours set by the building or residence
d) Separate waste according to local recycling rules
e) Switch off air conditioning when leaving the apartment, even temporarily, and avoid keeping windows or doors open while it is running
Check-out
Guests must vacate the property by the indicated time. Before leaving, they must:
a) Ensure that all doors and windows are properly closed and that lights and air conditioning are turned off
b) Leave one set of keys inside the property and one in the external key box
c) Report and compensate NowMyPlace for any damage caused to the property, both inside and outside, including furnishings and equipment
d) Inform NowMyPlace staff of their expected departure time
