• The villa, park, and swimming pool are for your exclusive use. There are no shared spaces with other guests or the owners, guaranteeing 100% privacy throughout your stay.
• Entire Villa: Full access to all levels of the fully renovated property, including living areas and suites. All bedrooms are served by modern bathrooms to ensure maximum privacy, even for larger groups.
• Park and Olive Grove: 10,000 sqm of private garden at your disposal for walks among the olive trees or peaceful lake-view meditation moments.
• Exclusive Pool Area: The solarium and swimming pool are reserved solely for your group.

To ensure impeccable hygiene and beauty standards, pool maintenance staff will carry out brief scheduled maintenance (at times agreed upon to avoid disturbing your privacy).
